A very clear YES!

We recommend that our private customers label every box and every piece of furniture. Your goods will be stored in our warehouse on Mallorca before we deliver them to you or pick them up from you. To ensure that your goods stay together, your name, phone number and/or email should be listed on each package.

You are welcome to pack your private belongings yourself. However, you must assure us that no dangerous goods (weapons, flammable chemicals, bombs, explosive objects (spray cans, etc.) and plants, animals, seeds or alcohol) are packed. The contents of boxes you pack yourself are not insured.

Please note that items in “cheap boxes” cannot be transported safely. The risk of a box tearing, breaking apart or being crushed during loading or unloading is too big. The quality of the boxes should be four-wall and the maximum load should be 35 to 40 kilograms. Ideally, the boxes should all be the same size to ensure they can be stacked on top of each other.

We also recommend packing upholstered furniture, mattresses, carpets and other general cargo in stretch film. Glass inserts in cupboard doors, sensitive screens and the like should be protected with solid cardboard pads or Styrofoam before packaging.

If you order the packaging to be done by our professionals, we assume liability for the contents in accordance with international safety regulations.

What fits in boxes is always packed in boxes!

Since we collect your goods/transport goods in Germany with a 40 ton truck, access and stopping must be safe. If there is a no-parking zone at your address, you can apply for an exemption from your city administration.

This also applies to direct delivery to the Balearic Islands. If there is no accessibility for the 40 ton truck, the transported goods will be unloaded in our warehouse and delivered with a smaller vehicle. This delivery will be charged additionally.

Since our driver is traveling alone, it is essential to organize carrying and loading helpers.

We would be happy to take care of the organization for you. The helpers are billed additionally per man and hour. The costs depend on the location. Just ask us!

YES!

Our secured and camera-monitored warehouse in Mallorca is suitable for the storage of everything from private goods to the storage of boats, cars, motorcycles and commercial use.

We offer our storage service for both short-term and temporary storage as well as storage for a longer period of time.

Your goods are insured according to CMR law, i.e. with 8.33 special drawing rights (ZSR) per gross weight, currently approx. EUR 10.00 per kg.

We are happy to offer you additional insurance with 100% coverage at a reasonable price. Just ask us!

You are welcome to open and download our moving goods list here.

Using this list, we can calculate an approximate volume for your transport. If a discrepancy is discovered during the execution of the order, the freight price will be corrected.

Ferry and toll costs are already included in our prices.

Private customers receive our invoice directly after loading the goods, which must be paid before unloading.

If helpers are needed for unloading, these will be invoiced separately.

Since we mainly transport our customers’ vehicles with open vehicle transporters, the vehicle must under no circumstances be loaded in a visible area. You are welcome to use your locked trunk. However, we assume no liability for the content.

The permissible total weight must also not be exceeded.
